01General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms & conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the buji platform and all services connected to it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "player") and buji.

By accessing our platform, completing registration, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

• These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market.
• buji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published.
• Users are responsible for visiting this page regularly to stay informed about any changes to the Terms.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services at buji:

• Age: You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• One account only: Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and current.
• Identity verification: buji may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card) at any time. Cooperation with this process is mandatory.
• Playing for yourself: The account must be used solely for your own personal entertainment; playing on behalf of any third party is prohibited.

If you register using false information, your account will be closed immediately and all pending winnings will be considered void.

03Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. The following must be observed at all times:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after signing in from a public or shared device.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

To change account details (such as email address or mobile number), you must contact our support team and complete the identity verification process.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

buji supports only the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 via any method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Additional terms for deposits & withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the verification process is complete.
• buji reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

05Bonuses & Promotional Offers

buji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting any offer:

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated in detail alongside that offer.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• An account cannot claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• If buji finds evidence of fraud or misuse in bonus activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

06Gaming Rules

The buji platform offers casino games, slots, bingo, cricket betting, and various other game types. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Each game has its own rules, which are stated on that game's page.
• Game results caused by a technical error will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned.
• In sports betting, if any event or market is cancelled, that bet will be voided and the wagered amount will be returned.
• Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, buji's decision will be considered final.

buji works in partnership with various world-class game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. Games from these providers are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

07Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the buji platform. If any of these occur, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Attempting to hack, spread viruses, or make unauthorised changes to the platform's software.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or other artificial methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Colluding with other users to gain an advantage from the betting system.

buji follows anti-money laundering (AML) measures in line with international standards. Accounts may be placed under investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.

08Responsible Gaming

buji firmly believes that gambling is solely a form of entertainment and should never be used as a solution to life's problems.

• This service is for persons aged 21 (twenty-one) or older only.
• Bet within your means — limit yourself to an amount whose loss would not affect your daily life.
• If you feel you are becoming overly dependent on gambling, please take a break or contact us.

10Service Suspension & Account Closure

• The user's own request.

Upon account closure, any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be cancelled. However, verified actual deposits (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, provided the closure is not due to fraud.

11Limitation of Liability

buji is not liable in any case for the following:

• Game losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control.
• Personal financial losses resulting from gambling.

12Changes to Terms
